River Sweeps Distributors › Admin Panel
River Sweeps Admin Staff Logins
Helpers on River Sweeps should never share your main password. The admin area is where you open their seats and push prepaid points down.
What this page covers
Staff and agent logins
Give every helper their own account instead of sharing yours.
Sharing points
Send part of your balance to each agent and see how they use it.
Keeping it safe
Simple habits that protect your points from mistakes and bad actors.
Admin panel or agent backend?
The agent backend handles players. The admin side, which comes with a distributor account, handles the people under you: their logins, their points and their records.
Who should get access
Only give a login to people you trust with real money. Every point you send down to them comes out of your prepaid balance.

Why every helper needs their own login
Sharing one password with three people feels easy at first. Then a load goes wrong and nobody knows who did it. With separate logins, the history shows exactly which helper made each change. It also means you can switch off one person without changing the password for everyone else.
Creating an agent login
- Sign in to your distributor account.
- Open the section for agents or sub-accounts.
- Choose a clear username, for example your shop name plus the helper's name.
- Set a starting password and save.
- Pass the details over in a private chat and have them pick a fresh password on first sign-in.
New agents start with zero points. Nothing moves until you send them some.

Sending points to your agents
Pick the agent, type the amount and confirm. The points leave your balance and land in theirs. Start new helpers with a small amount. Once you see they load players correctly and answer quickly, you can give them more. It is much easier to grow trust slowly than to chase back points from someone who disappeared.
Resetting passwords
Helpers forget passwords all the time. From the admin side you can set a new one for any agent under you. Do it, send it to them privately, and ask them to change it again after they sign in. Never send passwords in a group chat, even a small one.
Simple safety habits
- Use a long password that you use nowhere else.
- Only open the panel from a saved bookmark.
- Check each agent's history once a week.
- Lock a login the same day a helper stops working with you.
- Keep most of your points at the top level and send them down as needed.
Watching your team
The history for each agent shows every load and redeem. Look for patterns, not single numbers. A helper who suddenly loads far more than usual, or at odd hours, is worth a friendly question. Usually the answer is harmless, yet asking soon beats finding out late. For more on running a team, read the distributor guide, and to set up automatic loads see the API page.
